Joe Truman
What is immediately striking to Truman's audiences,
and frequently mentioned by his fans, is the stylistic and emotional range of his songs within an acoustic setting. Tapping
into the universal appeal of James Taylor, Dan Fogelberg, Loggins and Messina and Mary Chapin Carpenter, he infuses elements
of jazz, blues and country to his acoustic folk-pop songs. Joe is an amazing Indpendent Artist, a recent Kerrville New Folk Finalist, and has a history of
acting/theatre.His warm, sincere persona combined with his soulful, classic vocals often enables him to easily hush the rooms
and venues in which he performs.

They are the creators of Music In The Boro and serve as your weekly hosts for the show. Over the
years, they have cultivated deep relationships with amazing performing songwriters that they invite to join them in a
circle each week to perform for you. Jack & Diane's close friend and Pastor, Dave Bauder, (an accomplished pro musician in his own right) accompanies on harmonica and backing vocals. Greg Giovanetti (20-yr
Grand Ole Opry Veteran) also accompanies on Bass guitar. Performing in an intimate and impromptu setting is a true
passion for Jack & Diane. No show is the same and each one is special.

wanting to play this show. There is no "audition" process. Jack & Diane either know the selected songwriters
personally or they come highly recommended by music industry pros that know Jack & Diane personally.
All of our writers meet a very high criteria of professionalism, talent and integrity. So if you
are a writer, please do not send CDs or Mp3s to us. Although we know and appreciate the fact that there are many great
writers out there, Jack & Diane prefer to book only those writers that come personally recommended and
follow the proper networking channels. Thank you for your cooperation with this request.
